Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms who is also experiencing a medical emergency, which may include trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion, inability to wake or stay awake, or bluish lips or face, should call 911 immediately and alert the operator about their symptoms.
